1.1. PENDAHULUAN

Dengan memanjatkan puji syukur kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa yang senantiasa melindungi kita, melindungi segenap keluarga kita dimana saja berada, memberi rejeki yang layak kepada kita semua, agar kita manusia ciptaaNya tak lupa bersyukur senantiasa. Dalam kesempatan berbahagia ini ijinkanlah kami yang berkumpul di bawah ini untuk membuat kembali susunan ANGGARAN DASAR dan ANGGARAN RUMAH TANGGA organisasi otomotif bergerak di dalam bidang sosial kemasyarakatan yang di landasi semangat kebinekaan.

adapun maksud dan tujuan organisasi ini terangkum di dalam bab 1.3 landasan berdiri organisasi.

besar harapan kami semua ANGGARAN DASAR DAN ANGGARAN RUMAH TANGGA ini dapat di susun secara baik dan benar dan melandasi semua kegiatan yang ada di dalamnya.

1.2 SEJARAH ASAL USUL

oleh karena waktu yang berjalan cukup cepat dengan berbagai peristiwa di dalamanya, oleh karena fakta yang melandasi di buatnya kembali ANGGARAN DASAR dan ANGGARAN RUMAH TANGGA versi terbaru. maka ANGGARAN DASAR dan ANGGARAN RUMAH TANGGA versi lama kami nyatakan sah hilang dan tidak di pergunakan lagi. mendasari itu, ijinkanlah kami atas nama anggota dan atas nama organisasi kembali menyusun versi terbaru ANGGARAN DASAR dan ANGGARAN RUMAH TANGGA organisasi ini.

dengan adanya ANGGARAN DASAR DAN ANGGARAN RUMAH TANGGA versi terbaru ini tidak menghilangkan asal usul dan sejarah berdirinya organisasi yang pada tahun ini menginjak taun yang ke 7. semua yang pernah tercantum di dalam ANGGARAN DASAR DAN ANGGARAN RUMAH TANGGA versi terdahulu adalah sah dan tidak dapat di gantikan.

1.3 LANDASAN BERDIRI

landasan berdiri organisasi:
1. negara menjamin kebebasan tiap tiap penduduk untuk berkumpul dan berserikat sesuai UUD 1945 pasal 33

2. adanya kesamaan visi dan misi di antara sesama anggota yang sepakat ingin bergabung di dalam suatu wadah organisasi.

3. adanya kesamaan dan kecintaan akan seni dan sosial kemasyarakatan.

SEKILAS MENGENAI LOGO : WARNA DASAR HITAM DENGAN LINGKARAN BENDERA MERAH PUTIH BESERTA LAMBANG SAYAP DI TENGAH DI KELILINGI ABJAD HONDA CLASSIC CLUB INDONESIA SERTA TYPE IDENTITAS.

ARTI LOGO/LAMBANG

1. warna dasar hitam: (suatu dasar yang kuat jika berpijak untuk membangun suatu organisasi. melambangkan kekuatan yang hakiki dan tak mudah luntur di makan jaman.

2. lingkaran bendera merah putih : melambangkan kebinekaan dalam NEGARA KESATUAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA.

3. lambang sayap : melambangkan kecintaan akan kebebasan dalam berkumpul, kebebasan dalam mengeluarkan pendapat, kebebasan dalam berkreasi, kebebasan dalam mengeluarkan ide ide untuk kemajuan organisasi. (HONDA)

2. ANGGARAN RUMAH TANGGA

anggaran rumah tangga mengatur semua arah berjalannya organisasi. anggaran rumah tangga mengatur tata tertib organisasi dan tata tertib anggota organisasi. mengatur pula anggaran belanja organisasi untuk kemajuan organisasi.

HONDA CLASSIC CLUB INDONESIA adalah organisasi sosial kemasyarakatan yang bergerak di bidang otomotif dengan ciri khas motor HONDA CLASSIC dengan type s90, cb semua type, dan benly semua type. tahun perakitan kendaraan tersebut 1965 sampai 1975.

2.1 TATA TERTIB PENERIMAAN ANGGOTA

2.1.1 DASAR PENERIMAAN ANGGOTA

1. anggota organisasi di katakan sah apabila mengacu pada kriteria sebagai berikut.:

1.1. anggota yang akan mendaftar harus mempunyai kesamaan visi dan misi organisasi dengan organisasi induk.
1.2. anggota yang akan mendaftar harus memenuhi kriteria tercantum dalam BAB 2
1.3. anggota yang mendaftar harus memiliki bukti yang kuat sebagai sebuah organisasi dengan mempunyai keanggotaan yang cukup sebagaimana di sebut sebagaimana sebuah organisasi.

2. anggota yang mendaftar harus mematuhi semua peraturan yang tercantum dalam tata tertib sebagaimana anggota organisasi

3. anggota yang mendaftar harus mengisi formulir pendaftaran yang ada
4. anggota yang mendaftar harus melampirkan bukti sah organisasi sesuai pasal 1.2 bab 3
5 anggota yang mendaftar harus membayar uang pendaftaran sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku untuk keseluruhan anggota.
6. anggota yang mendaftar /akan mendaftar langsung ke sekretariat atau pada saat munas atau jambore berlangsung.

1. anggota adalah club dari satu daerah tertentu yang mempunyai kesamaan tipe kendaraan sebagaimana induk organisasi.
2. satu daerah tertentu memiliki dua atau tiga club yang sama boleh mendaftar untuk satu induk organisasi
3. anggota yang akan mendaftar dilarang mencapuri kegiatan club dengan kegiatan lain seperti keagamaan atau politik praktis.
4. anggota yang akan mendaftar tidak tersangkut dengan peredaran narkoba atau terkait genk motor didaerah asal.
5. anggota yang akan mendaftar wajib menjunjung tinggi nilai persaudaraan.

1 . TUGAS KETUA UMUM

1. menjaga nama baik organisasi secara global di mata nasional maupun international.
2. mengawasi melindungi seluruh anggota yang menjadi naugan organisasi
3. menjaga hubungan baik dengan pihak pihak terkait di luar organisasi secara nasional maupun international.( pemerintah, kepolisian, media masa, HONDA, dll)
4. bertaggung jawab menyusun sendiri pengurus yang ada di dalam masa kepemimpinannya.( hak proerogratif)
5. bertanggung jawab penuh menyelengarakan JAMBORE NASIONAL dan MUSYAWARAH NASIONAL beserta panitia terpilih .
6. bertanggung jawab menjalankan putusan hasil MUSYAWARAH NASIONAL untuk kemajuan organisasi

WEWENANG KETUA UMUM

1. mengusulkan atau mengeluarkan anggota yang tidak mematuhi peraturan organisasi secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.
2. berhak menyelesaikan pertikaian atau permasalahan yang ada di dalam tubuh organisasi.
3. memberikan masukan atau teguran secara langsung maupun tidak langsung kepada anggota yang menyalahi aturan atau anggota yang meminta masukan untuk kemajuan organisasi.
4. berwewenang penuh mangatur jalannya organisasi secara keseluruhan menyangkut masalah teknis maupun non teknis.

2. TUGAS WAKIL KETUA UMUM

1. Mendukung semua tugas tugas yang menyangkut tugas dan wewenang ketua umum.
2. menggantikan ketua umum pada saat:
1. berhalangan hadir
2. tidak ada di tempat
3. tidak bisa menjalankan fungsi dan tugasnya
4. mengundurkan diri
5. sakit
6. atas permintaan ketua umum untuk mewakili ( hak preogratif)

3.TUGAS SEKRETARIS

1. mendukung tugas ketua umum dalam hal administrasi organisasi.
2. berhubungan langsung dengan perihal tata administrasi kesekretariatan.
3. mengkordinasikan dan mengkomunikasikan segala bentuk informasi perihal organisasi kepada seluruh anggota.
4. menjadi juru bicara ketua umum di forum maupun media masa.
5. menjadi juru runding ketua umum sesuai permintaan ketua umum.
6. bertanggung jawab kepada ketua umum dan MUSYAWARAH NASIONAL organisasi

4. TUGAS BENDAHARA

1. menjalankan tugas administrasi keuangan organisasi
2. berhubugan langsung dengan bendahara dari anggota organisasi
3. melaporkan keuangan organisasi kepada anggota atas permintaan ketua umum atau MUSYAWARAH NASIONAL
4 bertanggung jawab kepada ketua umum dan MUSYAWARAH NASIONAL organisasi

5. TUGAS SEKRETARIS JENDRAL

1. membantu dan menyeimbangkan tugas tugas yang di emban ketua umum dan wakil ketua umum.
2. menjalankan tugas ketua umum sesuai permintaan langsung dari ketua umum.
3. menjadi utusan langsung dari ketua umum untuk berbagai keperluan organisasi secara nasional maupun secara daerah.
